This website is dedicated to helping people learn the Chinese Kung Fu Styles of Northern Shaolin and Lan Shou Quan, traditional Chinese Kung Fu Weapons, Tai Chi Quan and Chi Gong. Our Goal is to educate and inspire people. Seeing how wonderful, beneficial, and unique these styles are inspires people to start learning them. This begins the process of growth, self cultivation, and healing that is the heart of Kung Fu.
New Classes In March!
New students may try our San Anselmo Kung Fu Classes for two weeks free February 15th - 28th!
New Tai Chi Classes starting in San Anselmo in March!
All children will receive a free uniform. Our uniforms are custom, hand made in the USA. They are traditional Northern Style Kung Fu uniforms with sturdy blue fabric, white trim, and inter-loop buttons. They are quality garments and retail for $78.
A Message From Sifu Scott Jensen:
I have loved Kung Fu and Tai Chi for over thirty years. During that time I have been fortunate to receive authentic teachings due to the generosity of my teachers Sifu Wong Jackman and Sifu Liu Wan Fu.
Now that Sifu Wong has retired from teaching and Sifu Liu has passed on I feel a strong responsibility to teach these arts to the next generation.
When Sifu Wong retired at the last class he told us to practice what he had taught us, to try to understand it by focusing on practical application, and not keep it to ourselves but teach these arts and to share them.
It was also Sifu Liu’s wishes that his arts be generously taught and shared in the United States and beyond.
In both of these lineages there are only a few senior students. If those of us who learnt these styles do not step forward and make a real effort to share, teach and inspire others what will the future of these arts be?
